Royal Jelly
Used by nurse bees exclusively to feed the queen bee, fresh royal jelly contains a multitude of nutrients which is why the queen bee grows so large and lives 50 times longer than normal bees. The same vitamins, minerals and nutrients that stimulate the queen bee are also potentially beneficial to humans. Studies have found royal jelly to have cancer fighting properties and the ability to boost the immune system.

Propolis
Made by bees by collecting resins from trees and flowers, propolis is used to repair damage to the hive, sanitize and entomb large insects that were killed in the hive that cannot be removed.
